What needed to change
The Challenge
The studio needed more than a marketing site. Prospective students had to be able to compare lesson options, connect each service to an instructor, submit the details needed for scheduling, and pay online without a confusing handoff.
The new experience needed to:
- Present lesson options clearly for students of different ages and goals
- Connect each service with the instructors who teach it
- Collect useful scheduling details in a focused booking flow
- Accept secure online payments
- Give the client a straightforward way to manage site content
Implementation
We modeled lessons and instructors as reusable content, then built Eleventy templates that connect each service to its available teachers and booking page. The final workflow combines detailed inquiry forms, optional Stripe prepayment, and authenticated admin access through Netlify Identity.
Our main goals were to:
- Structured reusable data for services, instructors, pricing, and durations
- Designed responsive lesson discovery and instructor profile pages
- Built contextual booking forms with the selected service carried through
- Integrated Stripe for secure first-lesson payments
- Configured authenticated content access with Netlify Identity
- Deployed and tested the complete booking path on Netlify
